Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bulbs, strips, and power supplies are protected from transit damage.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
